Muzodo – Band Scheduling application
Overview To automate some of the admin process and to ensure members have details for rehearsals and engagements/concerts the committee are looking to trial an application called Muzodo. This would replace the current Google Drive access. This application is accessible form the Web and also via a mobile App (although the App does have less functionality). In order to access the application, to utilise some of the benefits, you will need to register a free account with Muzodo using your email address. However, if you are not registered you would still receive invites and reminders via email for rehearsal attendance etc., but in this case you would not be able to utilise the Muzodo Web or App functions to look at calendars for instance. In this case you will be able to see all your entries together in one place (using the dropdown box for “Group” also allows you to select which group or groups to view). (Please note that this is not reversibale) The following images are from my Account where Muzodo is already in place for two other groups. Web view App view From either of these it is possible to answer YES, NO or even MAYBE, for events on the list. You would also receive an email with the initial invite from which you answer; as well as reminders if you have not answered within period of time before the event! From the Web access route there are filters available where you can also select what type of event you want to see (Events, Rehearsals or Meetings) If you need help, at any time, please feel free to contact me and I will, hopefully, be able to answer your questions.
